Privacy Policy
Last Updated: March 14, 2026
This Policy follows information through the practical moments when someone visits, saves a neighborhood, asks a question, or requests a Reuveni Capital briefing. It applies to legacylifecapital.com and the communications initiated there. The website is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old.
Who We Are
Reuveni Capital is the public brand for this website. The operator responsible for the website is REUVENI LLC, located at 44 W 106TH ST APT 5, NEW YORK, NY 10025. Privacy questions and rights requests should be sent to [email protected].
When Information Enters the Site
When you contact us. The contact form receives your full name, email address, and message. We use those details to understand and answer your request. The form sends its payload to our configured webhook and workflow provider so the request can be routed and handled.
When you request the briefing. The subscription form receives first name, last name, email address, and, if supplied, phone number. It also records the actual state of each email, SMS, and terms checkbox; the exact consent language shown; its version date; the source page, page URL, domain, and submission timestamp.
When infrastructure serves a page or form. Hosting, network, security, and webhook systems ordinarily receive technical records such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, requested URL, referring page, timestamps, and delivery or error logs. Reuveni Capital does not run a client-side IP lookup. These routine records support delivery, security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
When you use page features. The neighborhood guide stores selected area identifiers in your browser so it can rebuild your private list on that device. Those selections are not sent to us by that feature. Search terms and the visual-visit controls operate in the page’s memory and are not submitted. The advisory workspace is only a preview: there is no account system, password form, registration database, or active authentication service.
When you choose privacy settings. The privacy banner stores only a local value indicating “accepted” or “essential.” A Global Privacy Control signal causes the essential setting to be stored automatically when no prior preference exists. The site also uses temporary session storage after a successful subscription to remember that completion in the current browser session.
Why We Use These Records
We use submitted and technical information to provide requested pages and features; answer contact requests; deliver the informational email newsletter; send marketing texts only when separately authorized; document, manage, and honor consent or revocation; maintain suppression records; protect the website and communications from misuse; diagnose operational failures; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We do not use an informational email permission as permission for a separate promotional email campaign.
Who May Receive Information
Information may be disclosed to service providers that perform hosting, infrastructure, security, form and webhook processing, workflow routing, email delivery, SMS delivery, record storage, and professional support on our behalf. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their function and are expected to process it under contractual or legal restrictions.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other lawful process; respond to government authorities; protect the rights, property, security, or safety of users, the public, Reuveni Capital, or others; investigate fraud, abuse, or technical incidents; enforce site terms; or support a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of relevant business assets subject to appropriate privacy protections. We do not disclose personal data merely because a party asks for it.
Mobile and SMS Privacy
Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes and will not be sold. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service. Those excluded providers may use the information only to operate and support the messaging program.
Cookies, Local Preferences, and Browser Signals
TRACKING_ENABLED is false. The current website loads no analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral trackers, or nonessential cookie library. It uses browser storage only for the minimum privacy choice, saved neighborhood selections, and the temporary successful-subscription state described above. Selecting Essential Only, closing the banner, or sending Global Privacy Control does not enable any tracker. “Accept preferences” presently remembers the selection but does not activate tracking.
If tracking technology is introduced later, this Policy and the interface will be updated first, consent will be requested where required, an Essential Only or decline path will remain available, and applicable Global Privacy Control signals will be treated as opt-out requests. Privacy choices can be reopened from the footer.
Communication Choices
Informational emails include an unsubscribe method. You may also request removal by writing to [email protected]. For texts, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. A request to stop SMS does not cancel an email subscription, and an email unsubscribe does not enroll or remove a phone number from SMS. We may send a non-marketing confirmation necessary to process an opt-out.
How Long Records Remain
We keep contact requests and operational logs only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, taking account of security, legal, accounting, and dispute requirements. Newsletter records remain while the subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to demonstrate compliance. SMS opt-in and opt-out evidence is retained for at least four years. Suppression and STOP records are retained for at least ten years, or longer when legally required, so that we do not resume messages contrary to a request. Browser-stored preferences remain until the user clears them or changes the choice.
California and U.S. Privacy Rights — Do Not Sell or Share
Reuveni Capital does not sell personal data and does not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Depending on your state and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to know or access personal data, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, delete data, and opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. California residents may also request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, sources, business purposes, categories of recipients, and deletion or correction under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.
Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or covered sharing to opt out of today. We nevertheless treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out signal for the browser sending it and provide this section as the site’s Do Not Sell or Share mechanism.
Submit a request to [email protected] or by mail to 44 W 106TH ST APT 5, NEW YORK, NY 10025. Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant record. We will verify a request by matching information associated with the record and may ask for additional, proportionate details. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authority; we may also confirm the request directly with the consumer when permitted.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a denied request, reply to the decision or email the same privacy address with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will explain the appeal result and any further regulatory contact available to you. Some information may be exempt from a request, and we will explain a denial where required.
Safeguards and Practical Limits
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed for the nature of the information, including access limitations and service-provider controls. No browser, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not place sensitive financial account numbers, government identifiers, passwords, or similar confidential material in a public form.
Children
The website and its forms are restricted to adults 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor submitted information, contact the privacy address so we can evaluate and delete it as appropriate.
Policy Revisions
We may revise this Policy as the website, communication program, or law changes. The “Last Updated” date will identify the current version. Material changes will be presented through the site or another reasonable channel before they apply when notice or consent is required.
