Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: March 14, 2026
These Terms allocate responsibility for using legacylifecapital.com, its educational materials, its interactive neighborhood tools, and the communications a visitor elects to receive from Reuveni Capital. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit its forms.
The Decision Boundary
All website content is educational and informational only. It is not financial, investment, tax, credit, or insurance advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold a financial product, and nothing is a solicitation.
Reuveni Capital is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, licensed insurance agent or broker, tax professional, or credit counselor. Reuveni Capital does not sell, issue, or broker financial or insurance products. Financial decisions involve risk, and no outcome is guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee or predict future results. Forward-looking statements involve risk and uncertainty. Readers should consult an appropriately licensed professional who can evaluate their circumstances.
Property descriptions, neighborhood commentary, saved-area features, and discussions of private-sale processes remain general information. Availability, condition, suitability, price, access, financing, and transaction completion are not promised. Nothing on the website forms an agency, fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, attorney-client, tax-professional, credit-counselor, or insurance relationship.
Your Permission to Enter and Use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. We grant eligible visitors a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to view and use the website for personal, lawful purposes. The website is offered for use in the United States; you are responsible for determining whether access is lawful where you are located.
Conduct That Protects the Experience
You may not violate law or another person’s rights; misrepresent your identity or authority; submit malicious, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful material; interfere with site operation or security; probe or bypass access controls; introduce malware; scrape or harvest information by automated means without written permission; reverse engineer site components except where law forbids restriction; overload infrastructure; or use content to create a competing database or service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, rights, or legal obligations.
Content Ownership and Visitor Materials
The website’s design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, selection, arrangement, and software are owned by or licensed to Reuveni Capital and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Brand names and marks may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation. Except for the limited permission above, no right or license is granted. You may not copy, publish, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit site materials without prior written permission or a legal exception.
If you submit a contact message, criteria, feedback, or other material, you retain any rights you already hold. You grant Reuveni Capital a nonexclusive right to use, reproduce, and communicate that submission only as reasonably needed to respond, operate the requested service, protect the site, and comply with law. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. Do not send confidential account credentials, government identifiers, or financial account numbers through public forms.
Other Destinations and Changing Information
The site may link to third-party pages for convenience. Those destinations control their own content, terms, availability, and privacy practices. A link does not make Reuveni Capital responsible for that destination or endorse its statements. Website materials may contain errors or become incomplete or outdated, and we may change, remove, or suspend them without notice.
Warranties Are Not Promised
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” REUVENI CAPITAL DISCLAIMS EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE, A COMMUNICATION, OR A LINK WILL BE CONTINUOUS, COMPLETE, CURRENT, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain disclaimers, so part of this paragraph may not apply to you.
Limits on Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REUVENI CAPITAL AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH LOSS WAS POSSIBLE. TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. These limitations do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Responsibility for Claims Caused by Your Use
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reuveni Capital and its service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful use of the site, your submitted material, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. We may control the defense of a covered matter, and you agree to cooperate. This obligation does not require indemnification for conduct that cannot lawfully be shifted to you.
Separate Communication Choices and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act
Email newsletter consent and SMS marketing consent are separate. Informational email permission authorizes the requested recurring automated educational newsletter and can be withdrawn through the unsubscribe mechanism in an email. An email unsubscribe does not itself revoke SMS permission; replying STOP does not itself cancel the email newsletter.
Under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), when you separately check the SMS box and submit a supported mobile number, you provide prior express written consent for Reuveni Capital to send recurring marketing text messages about Manhattan property insights, private-access news, and related site programs. Messages may be sent using automated technology or an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) where applicable. Consent is not a condition of purchase or email subscription. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to revoke SMS consent and stop texts. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected] as a reasonable alternative support method. You may also revoke consent by any reasonable method that clearly identifies the number and request. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier availability and a supported, active number.
Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes and will not be sold. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service. See the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms for program and data details.
Resolving a Disagreement
Before filing a claim concerning these Terms or the website, each side agrees to send written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution. Allow 30 days after receipt for a good-faith informal effort to resolve it. Notices to us use the contact below. This step does not prevent either side from seeking urgent injunctive relief or bringing an eligible matter in small-claims court.
If the matter is not resolved, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York. Each party waives objections to that forum to the extent permitted by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of a non-waivable right under applicable law.
If One Provision Cannot Be Used
If a court finds a provision invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies they expressly incorporate form the entire agreement about the website and supersede prior site-use understandings. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without written consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer or by operation of law.
Updates to the Rules
We may change the website and these Terms to reflect operations, law, or features. The Last Updated date identifies the current version. Material changes will receive reasonable notice when required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means acceptance, except where law requires a different form of consent.
