SMS Terms

These SMS Terms trace the life of an optional Reuveni Capital text subscription—from the checkbox that begins it through delivery, support, and a STOP request. The program supplements the email newsletter with marketing text messages about Manhattan property insights, private-access news, and related educational site programs.

Starting the Text Program

You must be at least 18 years old, be authorized to use the mobile number supplied, and provide express written consent through the separate SMS checkbox. By opting in, you authorize recurring marketing texts from Reuveni Capital using automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system where applicable. Consent is not a condition of purchase or email subscription. Choosing email updates alone does not enroll a number in texts.

What Delivery Can Vary

Message frequency varies according to program activity and the topics available. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. The program is available only on supported carriers and supported text-enabled numbers; delivery is not guaranteed in every location or on every device.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Network congestion, filtering, device settings, outages, number changes, and carrier availability may affect whether or when a message arrives.

The Number You Provide

You represent that the number is accurate, belongs to you or is one you are authorized to enroll, and can receive texts. Tell us promptly if the number changes or is reassigned. Until we can update the record, you are responsible for charges and activity associated with the number you submitted. A new owner of a reassigned number should reply STOP.

Stopping, Getting Help, or Revoking Another Way

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After a STOP request, a final non-marketing confirmation may be sent and no further program marketing texts will be sent unless you later provide a new valid opt-in. Reply HELP for help. You may also seek reasonable alternative support or revoke consent by emailing [email protected] with the mobile number and a clear request. We will honor any reasonable revocation method that identifies the affected number and communicates the request.

Stopping text messages does not cancel the informational email newsletter. To stop email, use the unsubscribe mechanism in an email. We may terminate or suspend the SMS program, a topic stream, or an enrollment at any time, including when a number is unsupported, consent cannot be confirmed, or continued messaging would create legal, security, or operational risk.

Mobile Data Stays Within the Messaging Path

Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes and will not be sold. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service. Those aggregators and service providers may process the information only to operate and support text delivery, compliance, and suppression.

The Privacy Policy explains categories of records, service providers, security, retention, rights, and request methods. In particular, SMS opt-in and opt-out evidence is retained for at least four years, while suppression and STOP records are retained for at least ten years or as legally required.

Program Rule Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in law, delivery practices, or the program. The Last Updated date shows the version in effect. If a change materially affects an existing consent, we will provide notice or request renewed consent where required. We may change program content without promising a fixed cadence or volume.
